I think it is my duty to inform you
that the prisonerZephaniah Williams while in Custody, states
to Police Constable Joseph Evans, that he (Williams) " accompaning
the Mob as far as "Stow,"
that he did not go any further than Stow, /.../ that he did not see "Frost"
