he saw Partridge standing near
Harry the Hair Cutter's Shop
a little above the Westgate
he had nothing in his hand, he
was standing still.

v - Etheridge
Samuel Greening, nephew to Etheridge
Will prove that he was at home
on Sunday night previously to the Riots
Qry that the House was full of men
armed nearly all night

Edward Harris Sadler
Will prove that he saw Etheridge
about a 1/2 past 8 or 1/4 before 9 going
down High Street towards the Westgate
& afterwards & during the firing saw
him crossing from the corner of Thomas
Street towards the Kings Head

E. V. Jenkins. Saw Partridge on the Cardiff
Road going towards the Machine.

Welsh saw him on Stow Hill cheering
the mob on -
