This photograph was published with an article in the Merthyr Express Newspaper. It depicts 4 workers demolishing the arch which was built to commemorate the visit to the steel works by King George V and Queen Mary. Yvonne Pugh submitted this article to go alongside her acrylic painting of the arch.
