Description
Although the real name is the Black Lion, it is known locally as the "Hole in the Wall". This is from a gap in the back wal that allowed customers to take a short cut to Rhostyllen.
It was a popular pub for the local miners and apparently had a reputation for never closing so they could get a drink whatever shift they had just finished. There are toilets and refreshments here when open.
