Description

Aerial view of the old Disused North Wales Hospital at Denbigh, which was for many years the mental assylum, whose buildings date back to 1848, and was originally designed to accommodate between 60 and 200 patients. It was earmarked for closure by Enoch Powell in the 1960's but eventually closed in stages between 1991 and 2002. Photo taken 26 August 2005.
