Description
Doctors George Neale and Percy Wheeler Kent brought their medical skills to Barry, as the town developed with the building and the opening of the Docks in the 1880's. They were early pioneers as they set up systems and practices which other doctors would follow. Their good work would finally be recognised in the 1950's when the hospital which they set up in Colcot Road would be named after them.
