Description
Ingredients
- one whole sewin (large)
- thyme and parsley stuffing
- bacon dripping
Method
- Clean the sewin in the usual way, and fill with thyme and parsley stuffing.
- Put it in an earthenware dish with a little bacon dripping and bake in a moderately hot oven.
- Another favourite method of serving sewin in the Cenarth district was to cut it into steaks, fry them in butter and serve with boiled new potatoes and broad beans.
