Description
The minutes of the eighteenth annual meeting of the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union and the Inaugural Meeting of the Welsh National Council of the United Nations Association of Great Britain and Northern Ireland held in the Temple of Peace, Cardiff, on Saturday, 27 October 1945. The minutes record regret at the passing of its leader, the first Lord Davies.
