Catalogue for the sale of part of Penrhyn Estate in 1938. The auctioneer is listed as Mr W. Owen of Bangor, Llandudno and Caernarvon, and the solicitor is the one usually used by the Penrhyn family, Messrs Carter Vincent and Co, Bangor and Caernarvon. The catalogue mentions certain properties along with a simple map.
