Menter Dinefwr (a Welsh language initiative) have established an innovative Heritage Centre in Hengwrt, a community, cultural and visitor centre at the heart of Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. Members of the local community have contributed special artefacts, hundreds of photographs and documents to the Heritage Centre, which all tell us something about the area's story. These will be digitised and uploaded to People's Collection Wales during 2023, so that they are available for anyone to enjoy for free! The Hengwrt Heritage Centre project is a three-year project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
