Beverley Gil-Cervantes

I am a teacher and visual artist with a long standing interest in history, particularly social and economic history, women's history especially the Suffragette Movement and the fight for equal citizenship. I heard about the Peoples Collection through a public lecture by the Director of Cymal. I am intrigued by the possibilities that digital media has for agency and access for all, particularly in culture and heritage.
